Rentalterms for EU - moped |

§ 1 |
The driver of the vehicle must have a valid driving
licence. One passenger is allowed. |

§ 2 |
Third-party insurance (trafikförsäkring) is signed by
the renter and paid by the lessee as sum above.
Third-party insurance compensate only for damage of
third-party. |

§ 3 |
At
damage, fire or theft of the vehicle there is an
deductible of 2000 SEK for the lessee.
The lessee are responsible that the vehicle are locked
by chain when it is parked. The lessee and others
drivers of the vehicle is responsible for her/his own
insurance.

The lessee has to be careful of the vehicle. |

§ 5 |
The
lessee
may not put the
vehicle
at someone elses disposal outside the family. |

The lessee are economic responsible for breaking
traffic-laws |

Max driving-distance is 100 km/day, (you have to
pay gasoline). |
